1. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. Estimated delivery is calculated from the date your order ships, not the purchase date.

2. Production & Shipping Timeline

All Pawningful products are made-to-order. Total delivery time includes two stages:

  • Stage 1 — Production: 5–7 business days. During peak seasons such as November–December, production may take an additional 3–5 business days.
  • Stage 2 — Transit:
    • United States: 7–10 business days
    • International: 10–20 business days

3. Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST on a business day are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Once your order enters production, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when the package is shipped.

4. Order Tracking

  • Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Pawningful.
  • Visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order information.
  • Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after the tracking number is issued.

5. Carriers We Use

Most orders are fulfilled and shipped from our trusted production partners in the United States, Vietnam, China, and other regions. Carrier selection depends on the destination, product type, and package weight.

  • Primary carriers: YunExpress, Yanwen, J&T Express, DHL eCommerce, USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • U.S. last-mile delivery: USPS, UPS, FedEx
  • International last-mile delivery: Local postal services in the destination country

Carrier selection is determined automatically based on destination, package weight, and current service availability.

6. Possible Causes of Delay

  • Customs clearance for international orders
  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Public holidays in the U.S. or destination country
  • High order volume during peak seasons
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address at checkout
  • Delivery to remote or rural areas

7. Lost or Non-Delivered Packages

  • U.S. domestic orders: Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within 30 days from the order date.
  • International orders: Please contact us if your order has not been delivered within 60 days from the order date.

We will investigate with the carrier or production partner and may offer a refund or free replacement when appropriate.

8. Taxes & Import Duties

United States: Applicable sales tax is calculated and shown at checkout when required.

International Orders: Import taxes, customs duties, and brokerage fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.

9. Google Shopping & Return Policy Notice

This shipping policy applies to all Pawningful orders, including orders placed through Google Shopping and other advertising platforms.

All Pawningful products are made-to-order.
