Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All US orders $100+ ship FREE. US orders under $100: $7.95 flat rate. International orders: $9.95 flat rate.

Final price at checkout includes product + shipping + applicable sales tax. No hidden fees.

How long does it take to receive my order?

All items are made-to-order. Total delivery time includes two stages:

  • Production: 5–7 business days
  • Transit (US): 7–10 business days → Total: 12–17 business days
  • Transit (International): 10–20 business days → Total: 15–27 business days

During the November–December holiday season, production may take an additional 3–5 business days.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number within 2–5 business days. You can also visit our Order Tracking page.

Note: Tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after your tracking number is issued.

Do I have to pay customs fees for international orders?

Yes. Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our product price or shipping fee.

My package hasn’t arrived — what should I do?

Please first:

  • Wait 48 hours after the estimated delivery date
  • Check with neighbors or your building’s mailroom
  • Contact your local post office with your tracking number

If still missing, contact us at support@pawningful.com:

  • US domestic: after 30 days from order date
  • International: after 60 days from order date

We will offer a full refund or free replacement — your choice.

Returns & Refunds
What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

30-Day Defective & Incorrect Item Guarantee — If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or we sent the wrong item, we offer a free replacement or 100% refund, your choice.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. In most cases, you do not need to return the item.

Can I return the item if I don’t like it or chose the wrong size?

Because all products are custom-printed to order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or wrong color chosen by the customer.

We only accept returns for quality issues. Please check our Size Chart carefully before ordering.

Can I exchange my item?

Exchanges are available only for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. We do not offer size or design exchanges for made-to-order products.

Email support@pawningful.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet started. Email support@pawningful.com immediately with your order number.

How long does a refund take?
  • Refunds: 5–7 business days after approval to the original payment method
  • Replacements: Re-produced in 5–7 business days, then shipped with standard delivery time
  • Restocking fee: $0
Products & Orders
Will the colors look exactly like the product images?

Product images are digital mockups. Minor variations in color, brightness, or print placement may occur due to screen settings and the production process. These are not considered defects.

Significant print errors or wrong designs are fully covered by our 30-Day Guarantee.

How do I choose the right size?

Please review our Size Chart before ordering. We do not accept returns for sizing errors unless the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the size chart.
